Target Audience

Victims of domestic and/or sexual violence residing in the Municipality of Valongo, with or without the status of victim, as well as relatives of the victims and others who may be collaterally affected by the phenomenon of domestic and/or sexual violence.

Types of support

• Assistance Office for victims of domestic and/or sexual violence:

- Psychological support;

- Juridical support;

- Social support.

• Empowerment Measures for particularly vulnerable groups.

Who we are

The SER+Livre Project is promoted by ADICE – Association for the Integrated Development of the City of Ermesinde and financed by the EEA Grants, under the Active Citizens fund Program, managed in Portugal by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in consortium with the Bissaya Barreto Foundation.

This Project, framed in Axis 3 - Empowerment of vulnerable groups, from a prevention and intervention perspective and aims to provide specialized support to victims of domestic and/or sexual violence in physical, psychological, legal and social dimensions.

The SER+Livre implementation period is 24 months, starting in May 2021 and ending in April 2023.
